About the Course

This course delves into understanding the foundations and practical skills necessary for achieving success in counselling practices across different settings. Learners explore several counselling ideologies, such as humanistic-existential therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy etc. with emphasis on practical life examples and case discussions.
