About the Course
This course provides an in-depth exploration of visual storytelling through the lenses of photography and video editing. Designed to equip learners with industry-relevant skills, the curriculum focuses on mastering image composition, lighting techniques, and photo editing for diverse applications including advertising, digital media, and journalism.
In the video editing component, students gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software to craft engaging visual narratives. The course covers essential editing techniques, pacing, transitions, sound integration, and color correction, preparing learners to produce polished content for film, television, online media, and commercials.

Assessment Scheme for Certification
The following evaluation criteria will be applied to assess student performance in the course. The total marks allotted are 100, distributed across five key components:

Note: Students must meet the minimum attendance requirement (above 80%) to be eligible for certification. A minimum score of 07 marks is required to qualify for this section.)
B ) Photography & Editing = 20 Marks (A minimum score of 7 marks is required to qualify for this section.)
C) Video Editing =20 Marks (A minimum score of 7 marks is required to qualify for this section.)
D) Photoshop Practical =20 (A minimum score of 7 marks is required to qualify for this section)
E) Marks Final MCQ =20 Marks (A minimum score of 7 marks is required to qualify for this section) A multiple-choice examination to assess theoretical understanding of the course content.
Evaluation will be based on hands-on proficiency and application of course concepts.
Total: 100 Marks (minimum passings marks are 35 to qualify overall.)
Certification Eligibility
Candidates will be eligible to receive the course certificate only upon fulfilling the minimum attendance criteria and completing all assessment components.
